Hannah Kozik | (’10 New Mexico) | Legislative Policy Advisor, D.C. Council
Hannah’s Teach For America experience became the beginning of an unexpected lifelong passion for education. After 13 years in the classroom, she took that commitment to the systems level, moving into education policy to tackle the structures shaping opportunities for students. Today, her journey is a reminder of what can begin when someone chooses to lead—and how far that impact can reach. For Hannah, investing in the next generation means imagining what today’s emerging leaders might go on to change.

Dr. Davian Morgan (’14, D.C.) | Middle School Principal, DC International School
When Dr. Morgan joined Teach For America in 2014, what began as a two-year commitment became an 11-year journey from the classroom to school leadership. Along the way, he developed a leadership philosophy rooted in relationships, service, and believing in young people. Today, Davian leads nearly 800 students and more than 100 staff members, carrying the lessons and relationships from his TFA journey into how he leads every day.

Megan Vroman (’09 Phoenix) | Chief of Schools, Fairfax County Public Schools
After beginning her career as a middle school special education teacher, Megan went on to support new corps members, served as a principal for nearly a decade, and now leads instructional excellence across nearly 200 schools as Chief of Schools for Fairfax County Public Schools. Her story reflects the lasting impact of investing in leaders who continue to champion students, educators, and public education.
